I would like to remind everyone of the SEC
meeting, on April 9th at Post 110 in Franklin, Ky. The meeting
will begin at 12:00 noon, followed with lunch and fellowship.
I would like to encourage everyone to please
attend our monthly meeting on April 11th , and be thinking
about ‘nomination of officers’. It is that time of year again!
The State Convention will be June 16-19 at The
Drawbridge Inn at Ft. Mitchell, Ky. The deadline for our Honor Roll and
Ads is April 16th so please get your name and everyone you know
on this and let’s make Post 103 look good!
Thank you to all that have volunteered their time
and effort in helping with our post functions. Thank you Marie, canteen
mgr., and your helpers for the February Community Breakfast; Becky
Fleming, Brittney Claycomb, Jack & Wanda Drabinsky.

We want to invite all of the members of Post 103
to stop by and say hello and see what is happening at the post. I would
like to thank Scott Morgan, Pete Burkey, Will & Charlina Smith, and
Stephen Williams for their help with the St. Patrick’s Dinner and the
dinner March 25th.

Executive Committee Meets 1st Monday of each month at 6:00

Son of AMVETS meet 1st Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM
General Membership Meetings 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00

FROM THE LADIES AUXILIARY. . .
Congratulations to Walter Daily, the winner of the afghan, given away
at the St. Patrick’s Dance by the Ladies Auxiliary. The afghan was
donated by Martha Hutchins in memory of Norris Carney, her friend and
dance partner that died in an auto accident last year. We want to thank
everyone that purchased a ticket.
The Children’s Easter Egg Hunt had a good turn out. Thanks to
Charlina Smith and Becky Fleming for organizing it. They want to thank
Lucy Smith, Tammy Phillips, Stephen Williams, and Brittney Claycomb for
their help, and Gus Trimble for his help in coloring the eggs. Thanks to
everyone that brought candy,
